From June 18 to June 23, 2026, Denver hosted the world’s largest celebration of life: the 2026 Transplant Games of America.

Over 10,000 attendees gathered in the Mile High City, bringing together transplant recipients, living donors, donor families, caregivers, individuals awaiting transplant, medical professionals, volunteers, sponsors, exhibitors, organ procurement organizations, and curious locals across 10 venues throughout the Denver area. With 20 athletic competitions and more than 60 special events and programs, the 2026 Games showcased stories of hope, resilience, and possibility, honoring donor heroes and uniting thousands for an unforgettable week of competition, connection, and celebration.
