Interest in the Transplant Games of America continues to grow across the globe. Our mission to spotlight the miracle of transplantation and honor the legacy of living and deceased donors transcends borders. We are thrilled to welcome international participants who share our dedication to promoting organ, eye, and tissue donation worldwide.

International participants are warmly invited to register and compete in TGA events under one of three flexible options:

How International Competitors Can Participate

• Option 1: Compete as an International Team

  Represent your home country as an official international team (e.g., Team Australia, Team Thailand, Team Mexico, Team Italy). Standard TGA team rules and certification requirements apply.

• Option 2: Compete as an Independent Individual

  Participate as an independent athlete with no official team affiliation.

• Option 3: Compete as a Guest Member on a U.S. Team

  Join a U.S.-based state team as an official guest member. Participants choosing this option must select "Guest Status" during online registration.

Medal Policy & Competition Rules

To ensure fairness for all participants, international athletes receive duplicate medals when placing, ensuring U.S. athletes remain eligible for standard placement medals. Please note that medals earned by international guest athletes competing with U.S. teams do not count toward the U.S. team's overall medal tallies.

Mandatory Team Certification

To ensure official recognition and a seamless event experience, all teams, both U.S. and International, must be officially certified with the Transplant Games of America.
